Returns Policy

We want you to sparkle confidently with every diamond-painting kit you buy from Rose and Ritzy Creations. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

1. Change of mind or unopened products

  • Refunds may be offered at our discretion if item packaging is unopened and in saleable condition.
  • Return requests must be made within 28 days of purchase.
  • Customers are responsible for all return postage and shipping costs in the case of a discretionary refund.

2. Warranty for faulty or defective products

Our kits come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. You may submit a claim for material defects or workmanship issues within 3 months from the purchase date.

If your warranty claim is approved, we will choose to:

  • repair the kit or component, or
  • replace it with a new or equivalent product, at no cost for parts or labour

Customers are responsible for any postage or shipping costs associated with submitting a warranty claim.

3. Proof of purchase

To process any return or warranty request, you must provide valid proof of purchase through the website, shop, or supporting payment provider (such as PayPal or Square).

4. What isn’t covered

Warranty cannot be applied if kits or components:

include appearances or issues unrelated to original defects

have been opened, altered, damaged, or defaced

show misuse or abnormal handling
